What is the best/easiest way to contact the Flight Crew? The best way to contact the Flight Crew is via e-mail. Please e-mail FlightAthleticAcademy@gmail.com for a guaranteed response within three business days. Or call between 4:30PM and 7:30PM Monday-Thursday and leave us a message.

Why do I pay the same amount each month even though there might be more or less classes per month? All recreational classes are built to be paid in Equal Monthly/Quarterly Installment Payments. We take the total cost of the session and divide it into 12 Equal Monthly Installments or 4 Equal Quarterly Payments. This means regardless of the amount of classes per month or quarter, you still pay the same amount. That way you do not have to worry about paying more during a longer month or less during a shorter month - you will only have to remember one payment price!
-
What is FAA's Inclement Weather Policy? In the event that we need to close due to inclement weather, we will email and post to social media about it to let you know at least one hour before your class. We do not follow any surrounding schools' inclement weather closures.
-
Can I save money by paying in bulk?Yes! During our 12 month session we offer four quarterly payments that will save you some money. Contact us or talk to a member of the Flight Crew to learn more!
-
Do you offer any other types of discounts?Yes! We offer a sibling discount of 5%. Your first athlete (highest costing class) is full price, then any siblings enrolled beyond that receive a 5% discount off of class installments only. We also offer a dual enrollment discount of 10%. If one athlete enrolls in multiple classes, the first class is full price, then the classes beyond that are 10% off. Active military and veterans receive a 20% discount on tuition and installments. See us in the office. We also have special daytime deals and select discounted rates on combination classes! Check out the daytime and combination class prices under the Prices Tab.
-
Will my athlete have to stay in the same class all session long if they are ready to move up?No! Your athlete is being evaluated once every four or five weeks. You can check on their skill progression on your online account. We will contact you if your athlete is ready to move up into a new class! For toddler classes, athletes must meet the age requirements and criteria to move up.
-
Where can I see how my athlete is doing and figure out when they're ready to move up?You can see your athlete's report card on the parent portal at https://www.flightathleticacademy.com/contact. For all of our recreational classes, we require that athletes have a specific amount of their stars before moving up (45 Stars for All Classes with the Exception of Beginner Ninja (38) and Intermediate Ninja (48)). For toddler classes, athletes must meet the age requirements and criteria to move up.
-
Can my athlete join in the middle of a session?Yes! Your athlete can join in any class that has open space as long as they meet the pre-requisites. Check our current session schedule - any class not listed as "FULL" can be enrolled in. If you find a class you think is fit for your athlete, you can enroll or request a trial class straight from the parent portal!
-
Can I unenroll and reenroll during the session, or am I locked in for all twelve months?"Need a little break? No worries. We've made it easy for you to unenroll and reenroll at any time! All we require is that you fill out a drop form via the parent portal before the first of the next month. We cannot refund or erase installments or tuition charged prior to receiving notice.

What is the Showcase? Our Annual First-In-Flight Showcase is kind of like a talent show, to show off everything your athlete has learned so far in their class. Showcase is open to all athletes enrolled in our toddler classes (with the exception of our parent & tot classes), all recreational gymnastics classes, and private lesson students. Your athlete will receive a custom FAA outfit (leotard for girl athletes / top & bottom for boy athletes), a custom FAA medal, and a certificate. Check out our Showcase page for more info regarding the most current Showcase and ticket sales!
-
What is the Ninja Competition?Ninja Competitions are the perfect chance for your ninja to put their skills to the test and show off what they have been working on during their class. There will be timed obstacle courses and other fun challenges during the show. Everyone will receive a certificate for competing and the athlete who finishes the obstacle course the quickest will receive a trophy. Check out the Ninja Competition Tab for more info!

When is FAA closed?*You can find a full recreational / toddler closure schedule here. Your athlete will not receive a make up class for the listed closures, as they are built into the 44 week session schedule. *Competitive team schedule may differ from our recreational program. You can find team closure information on the team calendar.

How do I get a makeup token or schedule a makeup class for my athlete?*You MUST submit your athlete's absences ahead of time through the Parent Portal to receive a makeup token. This allows others to fill the space and helps with programs that may have limited availability. How It Works: To make up a missed class, request a makeup token via your absence notice or email. Each athlete gets one token per quarter (Aug-Oct, Nov-Jan, Feb-Apr, May-Jul). An extra token is available for May-Jul. How to Use Your Token: Log in to the Parent Portal, click the Makeup Icon (M with a circle) under your athlete’s name. Use the "Use Makeup Token" button to request a class. Requests are approved by us, and you'll get an email notification. Token Info: Makeup classes are not mandatory or guaranteed (space permitting). Request your token within four weeks of missing a class. Tokens expire 30 days from issuance and must be used within that period. No makeups for missed makeup classes. For questions or to request a token, please contact us! *Competitive team make up policies may differ from our recreational program. Please reference the Aviator handbook or contact the office.*
-
What is the proper attire for my athlete to wear to class/practice?All athletes with shoulder-length hair or longer must have their hair tied back and out of their face. Clothing must be tight so that it will not come up over their head while tumbling or upside down. No zippers, buttons or jewelry can be worn during class time. (Stud earrings are allowed.)
-
How do payments work?*A non-refundable insurance fee of $40 is due upon enrollment and then again each year on the enrollment anniversary. Monthly installment payments are due on the 1st of each month. Quarterly installment payments are due in August, November, February and May. If payments are not received by the 9th, your account will incur a $15 late fee. *Competitive team members pay monthly on the 1st and the tuition is prorated to reflect closures.

What is the Waitlist Policy?Join a waitlist for a class (by either talking to a member of the Flight Crew or requesting to join from the Parent Portal). If a space becomes available, we will contact athletes in the order they are on the waitlist. Once you have been contacted by phone/email, you will have 24 hours to reply to claim your athlete's space in a class. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will move on to the next athlete and you will be removed from the waitlist.
